Grounds care, kept on schedule.
Recurring grounds care for HOA common areas and managed commercial properties in Aurora, Centennial and Parker
Rangestone Property Services is a new grounds-maintenance company preparing to launch. We focus on recurring mechanical grounds care, set out in a written scope and a visit schedule your board or management company can review. Tell us about your property and we'll arrange a site walk.
No online booking and no posted prices. Pricing is prepared only after a site walk and a written scope.
What we do
A focused set of recurring and seasonal mechanical services for HOA common areas and commercial grounds.
Recurring visits
- Mowing
- String trimming and edging along walks and curbs
- Litter and loose-debris pickup in landscaped areas
Beds and hard surfaces
- Hand weeding of shrub and flower beds
- Clippings and debris cleared from walks and curbs
- Debris handling for your site is agreed in the written scope
Seasonal work
- Spring and fall cleanups
- Leaf removal
- Light cutback of shrubs and perennials
The services for your property, and how often each one happens, are confirmed only in a written scope and proposal after a site walk, and agreed in writing before any service starts.
One partner for your property. Rangestone manages the scope, scheduling, communication, quality follow-up and billing. When specialty services are needed, we coordinate qualified local service partners so your management team doesn't have to manage multiple vendors.
Rangestone coordinates qualified local service partners based on each property's needs.
Specialty services are subject to scope, provider availability, licensing and insurance requirements.
- One proposal, one point of contact. The written scope lists what is included at each visit and each season, and what is not.
- Only what your property needs. If you already have providers you're happy with for some services, your scope can cover just the rest.
- Plan around your contract calendar. If you are renewing or going out to bid, tell us the timing and we'll prepare a proposal for that date.
Complete property-care coordination
In addition to recurring grounds maintenance and seasonal cleanups, Rangestone can coordinate irrigation, tree care, snow and ice service, and landscape repairs and improvements based on your property's needs.
Every proposal is built around a defined scope, qualified service providers and one point of contact.
Is this a fit?
A quick check before you send a request. If most of these apply, we'd like to hear from you.
- The property is in Aurora, Centennial or Parker, Colorado.
- It's an HOA, townhome or condo community, or a managed commercial property (office, retail or similar).
- You're looking for recurring mowing, trimming, edging, litter pickup or hand weeding, with spring and fall cleanups if needed.
- You're the community manager, a board member or the owner's representative, or you can tell us who makes the decision.
- You're comfortable with a site walk and written scope before any pricing.
Not sure? Send a request anyway and we'll tell you plainly whether we can help. Single-family homes are outside our focus.

A person reviews every request and replies by email, to arrange a site walk or ask a few follow-up questions.Site walk, scope & proposal
After a site walk we send a written scope, a visit schedule and pricing your board or owner can review, prepared for your renewal or bid date if you have one.Your decision
Nothing is scheduled until you agree. A start date is set only after the scope is agreed, a signed agreement is in place, and the grounds-maintenance provider for your property is confirmed.
