About Rangestone Property Services
Rangestone Property Services is a new company preparing to launch recurring mechanical grounds care for HOA communities and managed commercial properties in Aurora, Centennial and Parker, Colorado.
Because we're new, here is plainly where things stand:
- We don't have a track record or reviews yet, and we won't pretend to.
- We're starting with recurring grounds maintenance and seasonal cleanups: mowing, trimming, edging, litter pickup, hand weeding of beds, clearing walks and curbs, spring and fall cleanups, leaf removal and light shrub cutback.
- Beyond that, Rangestone can coordinate irrigation, tree care, snow and ice service, and landscape repairs and improvements through one point of contact, based on each property's needs.
- Before we agree any start date, the grounds-maintenance provider for your property must have walked the site and accepted the scope and schedule, one person must be responsible for your account, and backup coverage must be arranged.
- Pricing comes from an actual site walk and written scope, not a rate card.
How we work with boards and managers
- Written scope. A clear list of what's included at each visit and each season, and what isn't.
- One point of contact for your board or management company.
- Agreed in writing. What was agreed, and when, is set down in writing, so nothing depends on memory.
- Renewal-friendly. If you're renewing a contract or going out to bid, we'll prepare our proposal to fit your timeline. You're welcome to add us to your bid list.
- Vendor packets. If you need one, tell us. We'll share company documents when they're available.

Rangestone is your single point of contact. We manage the scope, scheduling, communication, quality follow-up and billing, while qualified local service partners perform the field work under the approved scope.
